Classroom teaching
This course offers you a kind of basic exercise programme with flowing sequences of movements, static postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as short moments of stillness. Everything together has the potential to stretch and strengthen you on a physical level and make you more flexible. Breathing patterns can change. Yoga can align and centre you internally. Serenity, moments of joy, peaceful moments and confidence can arise.
I teach in a varied, sensitive and precise way in order to train our inner perception and observation skills.
