General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to participation in the courses, workshops, seminars and children's yoga training offered by Fiona Regling, Steilshooper Str. 185,
22307 Hamburg.


Registration for the children's yoga training, workshops and seminars
You must register in writing in advance for the children's yoga training, workshops and seminars. Your registration must be received at least one week before the start of the course, unless a different registration deadline is stated in the description of the training, workshops and seminars. Please refer to the respective programme description for the relevant fee.

Registration for courses
You must register in writing in advance to take part in the courses. Your registration will be confirmed in writing by Fiona Regling.
You can take advantage of a trial lesson at a reduced price.
Registration for ongoing courses: It is possible to join ongoing courses at any time, provided there is still capacity for the respective course.
Please refer to the respective course description for the respective fee.

Online offers
The streaming provider GoToMeeting is used for online transmission. To participate, the necessary software or app must be downloaded to a laptop, tablet or smartphone. In this context, the terms and conditions and data processing guidelines of GoToMeeting apply.
Fiona Regling offers the above offers to the best of her knowledge and belief.

Cancellation of courses, seminars or training
I (Fiona Regling) reserve the right to cancel courses, workshops, seminars or the children's yoga training if there are not enough registrations. In this case you will be informed and the amount already paid will be refunded by bank transfer.

Prices and terms of payment
The monthly fee for the Hatha yoga courses and themed yoga courses is transferred by the participants to the account specified by Fiona Regling before the start of the course.
The prices and terms of payment for individual workshops and seminars are set out in the relevant flyer.
The prices and terms of payment for the basic children's yoga training are set out in the relevant contract for the basic children's yoga training.

Withdrawal
Cancellations/withdrawals are only accepted in writing.
In the event of cancellation or non-participation in a booked and/or already paid Hathayoga or themed yoga course, there is no entitlement to a refund or price reduction.
In the event of cancellation up to two weeks before the start of the workshop or seminar: a processing fee of €25 will be charged.
Cancellation from the second week before the start of the workshop or seminar: The full participation fee will be charged.
Cancellation in the event of illness or accident: In the event of cancellation due to sudden illness or an accident, no fee will be charged on presentation of a certificate and notification by telephone or in writing no later than three days before the start of the offer.

Cancellation period
The cancellation period for an ongoing course is one month. Cancellation must be made in writing to the end of the month. Cancellation will be confirmed in writing.
Extraordinary cancellation is only possible due to a pandemic, pregnancy, moving away from Hamburg or a serious and permanent injury/illness on presentation of a medical certificate.

Liability
Participants take part in the face-to-face and online lessons on their own responsibility. It is their responsibility to check for themselves (if necessary, with the help of expert medical advice) whether participation in the courses is compatible with their physical and mental condition. I, Fiona Regling, accept no liability for damage to health resulting from inadequate information or careless exercise practice. Any illnesses or injuries must be reported to me before the start of a course/workshop/seminar/training. In serious cases, they can make participation impossible. My offers are expressly not intended as therapy or as a substitute for therapy.
Fiona Regling accepts no liability for the loss of participants' property or valuables in the rooms rented for the offers.

Severability clause
If one or more provisions of the General Terms and Conditions are invalid or contain a loophole, the parties shall agree on a provision that replaces the invalid or missing provision as far as possible. This shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the General Terms and Conditions.

Data protection
Your data will only be processed or used by Fiona Regling within the scope of the purpose of the contractual relationship. Your data will not be transmitted to third parties for the purpose of advertising.
